House Rules

- No smoking in the house
- No loud noise/music before 9am or after 9pm.
- No pets.
-No Parties
- Do not hang towels/clothes on the fence outside. (Can hang on chairs/table)
- Call/text us to let us know if anything breaks.

Loss of amenity passes or parking passes will result in a $50 charge per lost items. Quantities of these are checked before and after every stay. They should be left on the kitchen island.
