When you enter Sunnycroft, you are welcomed with an entrance hall with solid wood flooring. Just off the entrance hall you have the living area which has ample seating on comfy sofas where you can curl up and watch the TV after a day of exploring and enjoy the log burner. Next to the living room is a dining room with a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 people. There is also a cabinet with board games, to keep everyone entertained.

The well-equipped modern kitchen has all the utensils and cutlery you need to make a home cooked meal. There is a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave and double oven as well as a gas hob. There is also a breakfast bar, small sofa and a TV in the kitchen area. Leading on from the kitchen towards the rear of the property there is a traditional airer on a pulley system and a downstairs WC. The cupboard in the gym houses a sink and the washing machine and tumble dryer.

To help you add movement to your day, Sunnycroft has a fully equipped private gym at the rear of the property. The gym features a state-of-the-art Wattbike Atom X (usually only available in commercial gyms), a wide selection of free weights, bench rack and bar, double weighted pulley machine and a yoga mat.

Moving up to the first floor there is a twin bedroom, a shower room with WC and sink, a spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower room, WC and sink. Also on the first floor is the largest bedroom featuring a super king-sized bed, sofa, TV, table and chairs and a hair dryer and hair straighteners have also been provided. The second floor features another twin bedroom, the family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and sink and the final bedroom has a king-sized bed with en-suite shower room and WC.

The private enclosed outdoor area has an elevated rear garden with a large wooden table and seating, perfect for those summer nights. There are also bike rails and a secure locked shed for bikes or outdoor equipment.

This property has a large driveway and can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Keswick has plenty of options to keep you occupied during your stay. The Keswick to Threlkeld Railway Trail can be joined from just a few meters from the property and takes you on less than a mile walk to town. This 5km (10km both ways) low-level walk is suitable for walkers, cyclists, pushchairs and wheelchair users and offers beautiful views. You are also only a less than a mile walk from Keswick Climbing Wall and Castlerigg Stone Circle.

You are spoilt for choice with the amenities in Keswick town whether it be a night at the theatre, browsing the shops, excellent dining or water sports in the stunning Derwent Water.
