Check in details weren’t received until morning of, when arriving the cleaning company invited us inside the 425 listing, which wasn’t communicated to us by the host. It took about 40 mins to figure out what was going on and where we were staying. The family prior to our visit didn’t leave timely and were still on the property at our check in time, causing a delay, to which we were then offered the 425 listing which was not what we paid for or asked. The house appeared clean with limited pots/pans, hand towels as we did not have one down stairs, and the basement door was locked so we didn’t have access to the washer and dryer. I did message and Let the company know but received no response. Every time we left the house, we had to make sure someone was still inside or call to get the house unlocked because the code provided didn’t work. The lawn was not mowed, the backyard was full of trash or other items causing it to not appear well kept/nice.
