Cute and Cozy One Bedroom in Hotel with Shared Pool and Hot tub

Great location - with easy access to the Canal Street street car to get downtown/French Quarter for walking to Jazz Fest and close enough to walk or use street car to get to City Park and walk to the fairgrounds for Jazz Fest. Small but comfy. The shared outside space is fabulous with a pool, tiki bar, plenty of tables and seating areas to hang out day or night.

Dominique was prompt to reply and was eager to make our stay enjoyable. The outside space was amazing! We utilized it every day of our trip The condo itself was overall good. The few things that could be discouraging is the chairs at the table are not very comfortable and there were only 3, so our group of 4 didn’t have a table to sit at together to play games, etc. the condo can use a little tlc, (minor cosmetic things)the shower especially, but it worked and the water was hot! This condo met our needs for our weekend as we didn’t spend much time there outside of sleeping. It is on the 3rd floor so there are a lot of steps. The condo complex owners should consider putting a small bathroom in the courtyard area for the guests staying in the upper floors Overall would stay again.
