The property is located on the Ficarazzi (Palermo) waterfront, on the first floor of Villa Hemingway, and features a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view of the sea.
During the winter months, given its proximity to Palermo and Bagheria, it can be an excellent option for business trips.
The cleaning fee includes the rental of bath linens (towel, guest towel, and shower towel set), bed linens, and kitchen linens. Electricity is charged separately.
The villa is equipped with mosquito screens and features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 twin bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine, and a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 1). The property features a panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the Gulf of Palermo for the exclusive use of Casa di Alessia
The only shared space is the entrance courtyard, where you can park your car.
The kitchen is equipped with all amenities: electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, hand blender, Baby Frog espresso machine (ESE 44 pods), kettle, complete set of cookware, and dishes.
Access to the beach is 40 meters from the property’s entrance (Crastonelli Beach)

Upon your arrival, you’ll find a bottle of cold water, a kit containing 15 pods and single-serve sugar packets, dish soap, detergent capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher, and liquid hand soap.

From the Ficarazzi train station, you can reach downtown Palermo in just 12 minutes for €2.20 per person.
