You can step outside and explore historic Downtown Harrison, grab coffee, enjoy dinner or visit local shops without having to travel far. When you’re ready to explore beyond Harrison, Cincinnati attractions and destinations throughout the west side are easily accessible.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 private bedrooms, giving families, couples and groups their own sleeping spaces.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room, full kitchen, dining area, Smart TVs and private laundry. Outside, the front porch provides a relaxing spot for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

We loved staying in this charming little cottage. The yellow door and yellow chairs drew us in and we were not disappointed! Sitting on the porch and watching fireflies and squirrels and listening to bird song in the quiet neighborhood was a daily highlight. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Although a 1890 gem, it didn’t smell musty and the only evidence of its age were the wonderful interior transom windows. We highly recommend the Washington Cottage.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. I will say the booking was confusing because the site said one price, but when I went to book it, there was a higher price. There was also no working porch light, so it was impossible to see the key pad to enter our code. I did call and was helped, but I had to get a separate flashlight. The house is very clean, but it is old and smells somewhat musty, but did not affect us in a profound way, just annoying. The documents to sign were not sent electronically until the morning we were to leave to travel there. That was annoying to have to do it in the midst of getting ready to travel. The shower was not working at first, but after alerting the owners, it was quickly fixed. I would suggest getting a handrail on the front steps. My husband is not real stable on his feet, and almost fell even though it is only a few steps. It is a nice place to stay, the beds were very comfortable and the house was nice and cozy even though it was very cold while we were there.
