Olds River Inn (one of the island's best restaurants) is a short drive from your stay, with an excellent selection of handcrafted beer brewed in-house. Its also a close drive to Surfers Beach.

From the house, we have seen eagles (nearly every day), swans, aluetion terns, seals, river otters, mountain goats, salmon, and more rare-to-see animals. We have also seen whales and harbor porpoise see on the beach across the street.
