Very cosy flat and nicely presented. In a perfect location for Newmarket.

High quality and thoughtful furnishings in addition to the Hector’s responsiveness to guests needs.
Nothing to complain about.

Cannot recommend this place enough! It's incredibly modern and spotlessly clean, with all the equipment you could possibly need. The bed linen is lovely and the white towels are wonderfully fluffy. The location is brilliant yet very quiet for a peaceful stay. It's fully stocked, and honestly, we’ve already booked to come back.

Everything was clean and appeared new - very comfortable with everything you could possibly need - milk and coffee was there 👍
