Nulla

The accommodation and the property itself are absolutely beautiful. The different outdoor areas, the pool, and especially the views make this a truly special place. You are surrounded by beautiful scenery, and if you are looking for somewhere peaceful to completely switch off and relax, this is definitely a wonderful spot. We also really appreciated the detailed welcome book with lots of useful information – a very thoughtful touch.

We stayed for eight nights and unfortunately felt that the overall concept of the accommodation was not quite thought through for a longer stay. We completely understand that the accommodation does not have a full kitchen and we did not expect one. However, considering how remote the property is, some basic equipment would have made a big difference. There was no dish soap, cleaning cloth, additional sink, cutting board, knife, bowls, or similar basic items. Especially when staying for more than just a few nights, having at least a small selection of practical kitchen essentials would have been very helpful. What surprised us even more was that there was no cleaning at all during our eight-night stay. This in itself would not necessarily have been a problem, as we would have been perfectly happy to clean a little ourselves. However, there were also no cleaning supplies or even a broom available. A mid-stay cleaning could be booked, but for an additional €70. The same applied to fresh towels, which were available for €15 per person. Unfortunately, the communication regarding these concerns could also have been handled in a more welcoming and solution-oriented way. When we brought up the difficulties we were having during a longer stay, we were told that guests usually only stayed for three or four nights and that they might simply limit future bookings to that length. Rather than trying to find a practical solution with us, this response felt quite dismissive – particularly as we spoke to other guests who were also staying for around a week.

Location is great to explore the area and the recommendations from the host were amazing. Radicofani was excellent and only a 10min drive from the property. We loved the apartment, it was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Love the views around the property. Thanks to Giovanni and Debora for being amazing hosts.
