We really enjoyed our time at the lovely family-run Atlas Walnut hotel. Highlights were the beautiful rooftop terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner everyday. We had dinner there 4 nights and they were the best dinners we had in Morocco, the food was delicious. Rachid and his team went out of their way to cater to our rather long list of food allergies for which we were very grateful. Rachid speaks good English which helps if English is your first language, your French rusty and Darija non-existent; especially for organising guides and other walking route advice. He organised an easy transfer from the airport. Their family friend Morten who was staying and helping out also went to great lengths to reunite me with a favourite hoodie I accidentally left there. The Atlas Walnut is in a lovely quiet location, about 10 mins walk from Imlil village with great views of the valley and surrounding mountains. We certainly plan to visit again.

L'accueil de Rachid, le propriétaire des lieux, est personnalisé, avec un bon thé à la menthe et un ensemble d'informations sur le lieu, la vallée, la montagne.
La décoration du lieu est très soignée, avec goût, dans une ambiance berbère.
Les chambres sont confortables avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée et le Dejbel Toubkal.
Le dîner est très copieux et délicieux. Rachid, sa femme et ses enfants sont des hôtes d'exception.

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was onbeschrijfelijk mooi!
Rachid was ontzettend aardig.
Het ontbijt was echt heerlijk en nog beter met het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het balkon boven.
