The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised in the pictures. The facilities were lovely, and I was very happy with the accommodation itself.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The receptionist gave me the wrong key, and when I discovered that the room was incorrect, I was asked to go back to the fifth floor, collect my luggage myself, and bring it down to reception before receiving the correct key. What disappointed me most was how I was treated afterwards. I was told that the apartment I booked was managed by an independent host and that next time I should book directly with the hotel because their service is “better.” I was also told that hotel guests receive assistance from security with their luggage. I understand that there are different booking arrangements, but I was not aware of this distinction when I made my booking. I simply booked the accommodation that suited my needs. The explanation felt unnecessary and made me feel as though I was being treated poorly because I had booked through an independent host. Unfortunately, this put a bad taste on what could otherwise have been a pleasant experience.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house. It was comfortable, clean, and everything went smoothly during our time there.
