We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa and would give it the highest possible rating without hesitation. The property is brand new and tastefully designed, with a modern aesthetic that feels both elegant and welcoming. Every detail has clearly been carefully considered, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The private pool is a true highlight and makes the entire experience even more special. The cleanliness of the villa is outstanding. Everything was spotless upon arrival and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. It truly reflects a high standard of care and professionalism. The location is truly ideal. The villa is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxation and a proper escape from everyday stress, yet it is only about a ten-minute walk from the center of Ubud. We found this balance absolutely perfect — calm and serene, while still being close to everything. Nearby, there are shops, a hairdresser, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Most importantly, the host was exceptional. Always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful, they handled every request with ease and genuine kindness. Their hospitality made our stay seamless and even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a modern, serene, impeccably clean property in an excellent location. It exceeded all our expectations, and we would be delighted to return.

Nothing... Everything was great...

Sambahan Villas is the best choice fir someone visiting Ubud. Just outside the noise of the traffic, but yet less than 12 minutes walk to Ubud Palace. The villa seemed brand new, was very comfortable and very well designed. The kitchen offers basic equipment to prepare a meal for two. The fridge is of a large size and there is free drinking water from a very convenient dispenser. Above all is the terace and the pool that is larger than most in similar villas. The staff was very polite and Sri (the manager) is always on top and very easy to communicate through whatsapp. The do not just do their job. They go beyond and this is what you need when you are thousand miles away from home.

If anyone finds something negative, probably he is not happy with anything in his life!!!!!
