The staff were inrdibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location was also very good - surrounded by tea terraces and only a short drive to the West Lake and the Lonjing Tea Terrace
Only that a travel cot was not available for our infant - so we had to bring our own.

The quality of the rooms is excellent: comfortable beds, spacious rooms that are tastefully decorated. The included breakfasts are delicious. The location is quiet and serene, and with the Tea Museum and the 'Dragon Well' walk close by. All the staff are wonderful, always helpful and attentive to all needs. After breakfast or after a day out you can relax with a tea ceremony. We liked it so much here we stayed a second time when revisiting Hangzhou.
