Clean. Cute. Comfy.
It was so quiet and restful up in the woods. Just the right size for some Me Time. I was able to sew, listen to books, take walks, nap and do whatever I wanted. Love the size of this tiny home. This was my solo quilt retreat. Think I'll make it an annual event.
I wish it had a food disposal in the kitchen, but not a big deal. Was able to dispose of leftovers quickly in the convenient trash can outside.

I was my first experience in a tiny home. I will do the tiny home again.
It was extremely cold. There was cold air blowing (at least it felt like it was blowing) around the sliding door for the bathroom. As my bed was directly across from that door, my nights were extremely cold. It was very hard to regulate the temp in the house.

Loved the tiny home. A lot packed in a small space in a great way.
Roads weren’t in the best condition and landscaping was in need of some maintenance

Bed was comfortable.
Windows above the bed have no blinds or curtains. The resident in the house across from the street can see right into that room. The house is higher than our place and there is no privacy. We put pillows in the window.
There hasn’t been any maintenance done on the place from our perspective. Molding falling off behind the trash can. Trim falling off in the bedroom. Walls were dirty in the bunk bed area. Microwave frame broken off.
The living room has the most uncomfortable sofa and chair. Just needs to be updated and maintained. Paid way too much for a rental
property. Pictures are deceiving.
