The host is so kind and very accommodating. He goes above and beyond for his clients.
Absolutely NOTHING.

I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciated having my own gate remote, the convenience of Netflix already logged in for the room, and the fluffy, comfortable pillows. The hot shower, study desk, bedside reading lights, and overall room setup were also great touches. I also appreciated how my concern was handled promptly, with appropriate service recovery, while the team maintained professionalism throughout.
The room did not feel fully freshened up prior to my arrival. The toilet had visible stains and tissue remaining inside, and I found a small spider in the bed when I opened it. The electric blanket was also not working, which was particularly uncomfortable as I was feeling very cold. Overall, I would have appreciated more thorough housekeeping and a final room check before arrival.
