the living room is the best place in the house, good view, cozy sofas and many spaces for families with different needs.
The surrounding environment, such as too close to the neighbours. The noise from outside during the middle night which was very scary and unsafe.

Supportive staff, exceptional location, spacious place.
The property is in a bit of a decrepit condition. There are some very old furniture, creaky and unsuitable for home. We found a couch in a shabby stained condition and we felt repulsed to use it.
There is just one toilet, not great for a group of people.
Above all the heating was not sufficient for cold weather.
