Location was great, perfect distance to beach access. Inside the unit was comfortable. Everything was clean, and prepared with linens. On sight laundry, and dishwasher.

There was no warning on the 3 flights of stairs being the only way to access the unit, no elevators! When we arrived, there were no guides as to what the code was to access the swimming pool. When contacting the property, we were still never given that information. Luckily another resident passed it along to us. When arriving to the property the list of rules included a statement of paying for any lost key fobs but the key fob to our unit was lost apparently before we got there. The balcony had no lights outside, but capped off wires where they once were.

No daily housekeeping

The location is wonderful, many stairs though so be prepared for that. Great pools and within walking distance to a convenience store, gift shop, restaurant, ice cream and liquor store.

There is no toaster. If you’re planning on cooking a lot for a family the largest frying pan isn’t very big and is scratched up really bad. The kitchen is very small.

The location was great. There was a convenient was at apartment was really clean.

Check-in was at 4pm and we did not get the code to get into the apartment until 4pm. Once we arrived, we seen that there was no elevator and we had to travel up four flight of stairs. We get to the apartment and the lock pad is completely dead. Therefore we could not punch in the code to get in. The communication was only be a text with the owner. I called numerous of times and could never get an answer. They took forever to respond and seemed very nonchalant about me, and my mother being stuck out in the heat for hours, not knowing if we were going to be stranded or not. They eventually sent a locksmith to let us in, but by then it was dark outside and after 8:00 PM. The apartment seemed really nice once we got in and was very clean, but we noticed over the past three days water bugs and had to kill a few roaches which turned us off completely we also had to use a battery the whole weekend to get in and out of the apartment using the door pad because it was completely dead and the landlord did not send someone out to fix it.
