This is amazing cottage, extremely clean. We felt at home.

We had an exceptional 2-night stay at The Scottage in Howick. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. Everything was spotless, neat and beautifully modern, and the place smelled amazing. It’s clear that so much thought has gone into the space — they really have thought of everything! The setting made our stay even more special. The beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and the cows, chickens and other farm animals were such a treat. It was lovely to have that little taste of farm life while still enjoying such a modern and comfortable space. The hosts were fantastic to deal with. Although we never met them in person, communication was excellent. They were never intrusive but were always readily available and quick to assist whenever we needed anything. We also loved that our doggies were welcome, which made the experience even better. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The Scottage is beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally well organized and has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

This might sound too good to be true, but honestly, we can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like. Everything was thoughtfully done and just perfect from start to finish.
