This beautifully remodeled guest house is located within a fully gated and secure Montecito property and is walking distance to the Rosewood Miramar, Four Seasons Biltmore and Coast Village Road. This house has one king bed bedroom, one full bath and a queen pull out. The house features a brand new kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry, Bosch and Thermador appliances, air conditioning and heat throughout, and washer and dryer in the bedroom closet. The French doors in the living room bring you out to your private yard and patio which are completely separate from the main house, where you can enjoy yard games like corn-hole and separate fire pit area. Wireless internet and satellite TV are provided in all rooms. The palm cottage is very close to the 101 freeway so you do hear noise. The brand new windows and doors are all double and triple paned. We have two beach cruisers for you to use at your convenience.

Great location, quick walk to Coastal Village Road and the beach. Nicely decorated. Everything that you need can be found tucked away. As the listing says, the house is very close to the 101 freeway. Recommend you bring your airpods or ear pods to help fall asleep if you are bothered by noise. Overall, this did not detract from our stay and enjoyment of the property. We loved the Honor Bar on Coastal Village Road and easy access to Santa Barbara. Went to the Santa Barabara Zoo with my adult daughter, which is nearby - more of a drive- and loved it. Check it out.
