Located on the first floor of a house, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 650 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside area:
- An 8x4 m swimming pool (private, unheated) available from mid-May to early October - opening dates non-contractual
- A 12 m² south-facing balcony
- A 650 m² enclosed, private, south-facing garden to make the most of fine weather
- A south-facing terrace
The flat is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Discover the historic centre of Villeneuve-sur-Lot
- Visit the Gajac Museum, housed in an old mill
- Canoeing, paddling or hiring an electric boat on the River Lot
- Walk or cycle along the River Lot
- Tasting local produce (markets, market halls, etc.)
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Penne-d'Agenais station, about 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 140 km away
