Cocoonr offers this charming 30 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-Tropez, less than a kilometre from the beach, with shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

- A 14 m² living room with TV and a pull-out sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - separated by a sliding door
- A shower room with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- Shared 30 x 9 m swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 April to 30 September from 9am to 8pm
- A 15 m² balcony facing north-east to make the most of the fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Tropez, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
