Impressive and very spacious villa with high-quality furnishings in a superb location, situated in a quiet area yet very close to the sandy coves of Cala Gran and Cala Petita, and the center of Cala d'Or.

The villa is on two floors. From the entrance area, to the left is the open-plan, very spacious living room with large sliding glass doors leading to the terrace/garden and the equally open adjoining dining room. Beyond this is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. To the right of the entrance, a hallway leads to two bedrooms, each with two single beds, both with access to the garden and pool, and each with a full en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, access to a large shared balcony/terrace, and both with full en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with 24-hour air conditioning.

The outdoor area is equally attractive. The garden with its lawns is enclosed by a tall hedge for your privacy, and a wooden terrace surrounds the fantastic pool, which can be made child-safe with appropriate fencing upon request. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are provided for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. To the side, there is a lovely outdoor dining area for al fresco meals.
