The Circa Edit | Your Spacious, Chic City Stay

Welcome to your chic city hideaway in the heart of Illovo.

This freshly finished first-floor 1-bedroom apartment isn’t just a
place to rest your head, it’s your stylish apartment where comfort,
convenience, and a touch of indulgence collide most delightfully.
Morning light spills through soft tones and sleek finishes, giving the
space that “ah, I could live here” sort of calm.

Whether you’re ticking off meetings, exploring the city, or perfecting
the art of doing absolutely nothing, it’s all laid out for you to
settle in with style.

The building has a few tricks up its sleeve:

– Fire up the braai and linger over supper under the stars, because
evenings were made for this

– Stretch it out in the gym or channel your inner champion in the games
room

– Sneak off to the private cinema for a quiet film night, or dive into
the work pods if duty absolutely insists

– Cool off in the pool or sprawl on a lounger with your favourite
paperback and something suitably chilled in hand

- Make use of the laundromat which will be operational from 3 November
2025

Perfectly perched between Rosebank and Sandton, you’re a hop, skip, and
jump from the Gautrain, buzzing cafés, and the city’s finest little
corners all wrapped in round-the-clock security.

It’s the sort of spot that makes life feel effortlessly polished, a
touch indulgent, and unmistakably yours. A stay here isn’t just
convenient, it’s rather splendid.

The Space

Step inside and unlock your stylish first-floor 1-bedroom apartment, a
haven where modern design meets effortless comfort. Your fully equipped
kitchen awaits, ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a decadent
dinner, with all the culinary essentials at your fingertips.

Bask in a sun-drenched sanctuary where contemporary art meets urban
chic. The caramel-toned leather sofa anchors the room with warmth,
while a striking gallery-style painting injects an edgy, sophisticated
vibe. Natural light cascades through soft, draped curtains, creating
the perfect ambiance for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

Netflix and chill reach a whole new level with surround sound from the
state-of-the-art soundbar. Kick back, relax, and let the city fade
away.

The spacious bathroom is your private retreat. Soak in the bathtub,
luxuriate in a bubble bath, or refresh with a quick shower. Then sink
into the plush bed, unpack your luggage, and feel the unmistakable
sense of arrival.

This isn’t just a stay. This is living, Circa style.
