A proposito di questa aparthotel
Welcome to your Stylish Lake Retreat — a 600 sq ft private suite designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. Enjoy movie nights on the massive 86-inch Smart TV, unwind in the spa-inspired shower, or challenge friends to a game on the shuffleboard table. With a king bed, full pull-out bed, and two trundles, this suite comfortably sleeps up to six guests — perfect for couples, families, or wedding groups visiting nearby venues.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, modern layout with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchenette includes a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and ice maker — ideal for quick meals or morning coffee before exploring the lake or local attractions.
The living area features cozy seating, ambient lighting, and direct access to a screened-in patio overlooking the pool space. Please note that the pool area is still under construction and not open for swimming; caution tape safely blocks off the unfinished area, but the patio remains fully accessible for relaxing outdoors.
Enjoy self check-in, free parking, and a private entrance for total convenience. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, family stay, or event weekend, this suite offers comfort, style, and an unbeatable location near the lake.

To ensure a fantastic stay for you and future guests, here are some guidelines:
1. Check-In/Out Times:
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
If you need some flexibility, let us know in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate.
2. Parking:
To remain observant of local ordinances, please park within the designated zones: there is an area on the right side of the driveway right across from the door to the unit. Please park in this area leaving the driveway free for other vehicles to get through.
3. Respect the Peace—No Parties:
Keeping noise levels down, especially between 11 pm and 8 am, helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints.
4. Smoke-Free Stay:
Our home is a strict no-smoking zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment.
5. No Extra Guests:
If you plan to have visitors during the day, no problem. But please make sure the only guests who stay overnight are those listed in your reservation.
This helps us follow local ordinances on maximum occupancy and keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone.
6. Trash and Recycling:
Please take out the trash the night before Tuesday. We appreciate your help in separating recyclables: clean cardboard and plastic can be placed in the blue can.
7. Handling Damages:
Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can take care of it.
8. Simple Clean-Up:
Please don’t feel you have to strip the beds or wipe the floors, we’ll take care of that!
We hope these guidelines help you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Had an amazing stay! Property was exactly how it was described- clean, comfortable, very safe. (As a solo woman traveling alone feeling safe always makes a trip easier) The bed and sheets were sooo comfortable! Micki was kind, attentive, incredibly responsive and happily accommodated me, making my entire experience was seamless. I felt right at home, would happily return. 5 Stars is not enough to describe how wonderful Micki is as host!
