Welcome to Glenwood Cottage, a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 2-bath home located in Glenwood Heights—one of Erie’s most desirable and centrally located neighborhoods. The home sits in a quiet, walkable area close to parks, cafés, and the VA, while being just minutes from downtown, the hospitals, the universities, shopping, and the bayfront. It’s an ideal home base for families, visitors, and traveling professionals.

Inside, you’ll find warm, inviting living spaces anchored by a classic stone fireplace, two comfortable sofas, soft lighting, and curated décor. The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, cookware, bakeware, and a complete coffee setup, with a bright dining room that seats the whole group. Natural light flows throughout the home, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Each of the four bedrooms is styled with calming colors, hotel-quality bedding, 100% cotton sheets, and soft cotton towels for a restful stay. Two clean and updated bathrooms provide fresh linens and essential toiletries. The home also includes a washer and dryer, making it especially convenient for extended stays or medical professionals.

A rare perk in this neighborhood is the two-car garage, along with additional driveway parking. The home is located about five minutes from downtown Erie, Presque Isle Bay, UPMC Hamot, AHN St. Vincent, Mercyhurst, Gannon, and LECOM. Presque Isle State Park is just 12–15 minutes away.

Glenwood Cottage is set up for comfort and ease, whether you’re in town for a weekend getaway, a family visit, a tournament, or longer-term work. We aim to provide a clean, quiet, and well-equipped space where you can relax and feel at home during your time in Erie.
