Sea Dream location was fantastic. You are equal distance to Ponte Vedra Beach and Old Town St Augustine. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch as the afternoon storms rolled through. So convenient to be steps from the beach. The host reached out the day of our arrival to ensure we had all we needed. The house was very clean and perfect for our family of four. Plenty of kitchen wares to cook in and of course a ton of places to eat out. We were excited one morning to see where a sea turtle had come ashore overnight and laid her eggs. We are looking forward to returning in the near future for some more walks on the beach!

The hosts were excellent- from first booking, to check in, during stay, and check out. They weee quick to respond for some minor issues. The house was clean and neat. Looked like it had been recently painted. It was cozy for 5 women. But we had everything we needed . . Nice big dining table. Comfortable couches. Lots of tvs ) but we didn’t turn them on).Kitchen was well supplied. The downstairs is a bit awkward as the bathroom is a toilet in the laundry room- which is strange after dark. And there were no lamps in the downstairs area. There were new beach chairs available, which was nice. Beach access was easy. Hose for washing feet and chairs was very convenient. Great covered porch . But there is no grassy area with yellow chairs. Perhaps the picture needs to be changed. Parking is tight! - even for 3 cars. It would be nice if there were reflectors or a bright mailbox to make the house easier to find - especially at night.

The house is in a fantastic location for a family beach trip. Super easy access to the beach and sunrise watching porch was delightful. The kitchen is functional, and having a washer/dryer was useful. I was able to reach my electric car charging cord to the dryer plug but it was tight. The downstairs bathroom facilities are .... Rustic. But the extra space allowed us to bring more visitors!

Ice maker doesn’t work and cleaning fee is a bit excessive house could use some freshening up.
