Spacious, filled with natural light, and facing the ocean, it is just 500 meters from the beach of Anse des Rochers and only a few minutes’ drive from the shops and restaurants of Saint-François.

At the heart of the villa lies a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, oriented towards the sea and fitted with all the necessary appliances, complemented by a very practical back kitchen. A round table invites you to share your meals in an intimate and convivial atmosphere.
The elegant living room, open to the outdoors, extends onto a large covered terrace with several cozy corners and small lounges, offering everyone their own relaxing space. A high dining table completes this warm and welcoming living area.

We recently stayed at Villa Calliandra and to say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. A fantastic location with stunning views and we have all fallen in love with the beautiful island of Guadeloupe & its people. The team at Villa Prestige and in particular the concierge, Andre, did their upmost to ensure we had the holiday of a lifetime. The Villa was supremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and has lots of added extras that make it feel a home from home. I highly recommend Villa Calliandra and I would go back in a heartbeat.
