Excellent location helpful owners
Home could use a little TLC. Loose door knob, dishwasher with missing wheels on lower tray. Dusty furnace ceiling vent outside of furnace room. Rear deck in need of sanding and repainting. Patio chairs are chalky for sun fade. Kitchen sink stain/stopper doesn’t hold water. Bedrooms need heavy curtains to block early morning sunshine.

Location was great
The coffee maker did not work in the morning, we were told another one in back of cupboard pulled it out to use it and there was an old filter with coffee in it . And also the outdoor patio furniture is breaking apart and the bbq grills are pretty rusted.
