Clean and tidy, great location to everything.
The parking situation, other tenants taking your allocated parking space.

Clean and looks like apartment, close to Rotorua town center and Kuirau park.
There's no clothes hanger/hanging place provided in all the rooms, and could be better to have more than one mirror in the whole house.

The cleanliness. The separate bedroom. The pin-coded entry. The location. The amenities. Smaller details- stovetop, room lamp and tv, bathroom light settings.
I loved the property. From my experience, and the only reason I didn’t rate a 10. Curtains in the bedroom that block the sunlight was my only fault. Very minor inconvenience when compared to everything else that I enjoyed.

Location was great. close to shops and restaurants with a park across the road. Very central to all that we required.
We had interaction with a staff member - very friendly and helpful.
The unit was very clean and had a homely feel…
It was very warm inside the unit - especially at night when we closed windows and bedroom doors.
Would be nice for a couple of fans in the bedrooms so that when the doors a closed, there is still air movement.
