The house is just two blocks from the beach, 15 minutes walk to Haystack Rock, one block from nice coffee shop and 3 blocks from nice grocery store. Good water pressure in bathrooms, decently equipped kitchen and decently clean.
The house did not look like the photos. The house was shabby, windows were dirty, bed linens were worn and not that clean. The downstairs bedroom was cold and damp feeling and the only door into the house from the outside entered through this bedroom.
The four flights of stairs were narrow and worn. The yard was full of weeds and two barrels had standing water (mosquito haven). We paid $2476 for 3 nights. That’s $827/night. It was maybe worth half that. Disappointing.

Location was so close to the beach, but secluded enough to be quiet in the morning and evenings. Property had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked.
Was a bit dusty. Could have used a good vacuuming in the hard to reach spots.

I met up with my sister, her kids, and my elderly parents here. We brought our dog. There was room for everyone, and having two nice bathrooms was helpful. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals and a large table to seat everyone. Comfy beds. The location was perfect. We walked to the gorgeous beach multiple times per day. You can hear the ocean from the deck.
You enter on the bottom level, which has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area, 2nd bathroom, and kitchen/dining are on the middle floor, and there is one bedroom on the 3rd floor. This was not a problem for us, but it might be if stairs are an issue for someone. Sound traveled between the floors. This is not a problem unless you have very loud children who yell and stomp around while you are trying to sleep below them.
