No breakfast was given, However the environment has stores where one can get stuffs and food adjacent to the property.
Neatness of the room and the environment.

The double room I was in was very peaceful, homely, and the bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was very clean and despite this being a shared area, I thought this was pretty well maintained - 9/10
Overall, paying less than £50 to stay here for what I got was a pretty fair deal.
Only things from my own experience were that the sofa in the double bed room was a little weird to sit on - the feeling. It was a little like sitting on springs, with no cushion effect, but that's my only criticism of the accommodation itself.
Finally, the location (which may be an uncontrollable for you guys), did concern me a little, as I saw lots of rough or drunk individuals around the area, some of which were throwing bottles/cursing at each other right in my face.
