Welcome to Chasing Pirates, a coastal retreat where sophistication meets serenity in the heart of the St. George Plantation. Here, soft ocean breezes mingle with the scent of salt air and mornings begin with sunlight pouring through wide windows onto a palette of crisp whites, soothing pastels and natural textures. Every detail feels intentional...a place where beachside living takes on a refined, effortless rhythm.

The moment you arrive you'll feel the quiet luxury of space and light. The open concept living area invites conversation and connection with plush seating arranged around a 52" smart TV and sound bar for movie nights or lazy afternoons. The adjoining dining area, seating 8 comfortably, sets the stage for shared meals and laughter while the kitchen, sleek and modern with stainless appliances, a 6 burner gas stove and a farmhouse sink inspires coastal cooking with ease.

Step outside to the screened porch and let the day unfold slowly. Enjoy dinner under a soft ceiling fan as waves whisper in the distance or wander up to the sun deck where Adirondack chairs await for sunset cocktails. Down below, a porch swing and hammock offer an irresistible invitation to linger, book in hand, as the afternoon drifts by. After a short walk to the beach, rinse the sand from your toes in the outdoor shower and settle in for another golden evening.

This home's layout is designed for comfort and privacy with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms across 2 floors. The primary suite offers a king bed, private deck access and a master bathroom with granite double vanities and a walk-in shower - your own sanctuary to unwind. Two additional bedrooms on this floor open to Gulf views and breezy decks, while the 4th bedroom upstairs provides a quiet escape with a spacious walk-in closet.

Every convenience is here to elevate your stay: a private elevator to easily transport luggage and groceries, a whole house water filtration system for fresh drinking water and plenty of covered parking. Guests also enjoy access to the exclusive Plantation Clubhouse amenities, including 2 shimmering Olympic sized community pools, pickleball and tennis courts and a fully equipped fitness center.

Chasing Pirates isn't just a beach home. It's a state of mind, a space designed for those who savor refined comfort, meaningful moments and the rare joy of doing absolutely nothing at all… beautifully.
