When you think of Baia Blu, you immediately picture the beach and the deep blue sea. A road, a hillside covered with Mediterranean vegetation, and a few houses: nestled in this setting of colors, scents, and nature is Alveare sul Blue.

The property is easily accessible by car, with the possibility to park in the shade of olive trees before climbing a flight of stairs. A bright apartment in yellow and blue tones welcomes you.

The accommodation features a small eat-in kitchen for three, a double bedroom with sea view, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with window and shower. The living area, with two French doors opening onto the balcony and a large sea-view window, offers an elegant white three-seater sofa, a relaxing armchair, and a glass table for eight, adding a touch of class that makes the apartment ideal for a stylish seaside holiday.

From the balcony, protected by an electric sunshade, you can enjoy a breathtaking view stretching from the green Apuan Alps to the deep blue sea. The apartment’s main asset is its panoramic view, but this location also exposes it to sea breezes. Please pay attention to shutters, windows, and outdoor awnings to ensure their safety at all times.
