The host is very responsive and willing to help. Easily acommodated for four people. We are very satisfied during our stay walking distance in the old city, parks and the famous bridge. The apartment is sparking clean. They have everything you need in the kitchen. They also provide toiletries and they have also washing machine and they provided us the liquid soap and fabric conditioner. For sure to come back if we will visit again in Astana. Highly recommended.
