"Casa il Noce" is one of the two houses on the Campodori Estate, nestled among olive trees in the beautiful hills of Lucca, a 30-minute drive from the beaches of Versilia. A 4-room house, 92 m² spread over two levels. Tastefully furnished: living room with fireplace (decorative only), satellite TV, hi-fi system, and DVD player. Dining room. Patio with dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds, one double sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, and air conditioning. Large panoramic pool (12 x 6 m, depth 90–200 cm), with a saltwater electrolysis sanitization system. The pool is shared with guests from the estate’s other house and is open seasonally. Outdoor shower, ping-pong table.
The house is located within a large country estate (4 ha) at 200 meters above sea level, featuring a terraced garden and unfenced lawns. Access to the estate is via a private road (800 meters), part of which is unpaved. Private parking is available within the gated property.
The house is ideal for stays with family and friends, and for those seeking relaxation in a green setting. It serves as an ideal base for visiting Tuscany’s cities of art and the Cinque Terre (1 hour and 30 minutes); Lucca (20 min.), Florence (1 hour and 15 minutes), Siena (2 hours), Pisa (45 min.), and the beaches of Versilia (30 min.).
Viareggio (30 min.) is located on the coast, with beautiful beaches and beach clubs, as well as elegant restaurants and shops. South of Viareggio are the unspoiled, public beaches of the Migliarino and San Rossore Natural Park, reachable by car in about 35 minutes. Continuing north for a few kilometers, you’ll pass other famous towns in Versilia, eventually reaching the elegant and exclusive Forte dei Marmi (45 min.). Inland lies the charming town of Pietrasanta (35 min.), a destination for sculptors and artists from around the world: in the summer, it hosts major art exhibitions and concerts.
Behind you lie the Apuan Alps with the quarries of white marble beloved by Michelangelo, offering opportunities for hikes up to 2,000 meters. In the summer, there are many musical events. Particularly well-known are the Puccini Festival in July and August in Torre del Lago and the Summer Fest in Lucca in July. But throughout the summer, there are many classical, jazz, and pop concerts in the medieval squares and villas of Lucca and Pietrasanta, featuring internationally renowned artists.
The nearest supermarket is 2 km away, as are several restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. Camaiore, a historic town famous for its gourmet shops and wine bars, is 20 minutes away. There, you can visit wineries, taste wines and olive oil, and buy them directly from the producers.
