Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.

The hotel appears to be just starting operations and is still very incomplete. It is currently under construction. - Facilities and location: The hotel is located in a safe area where you can walk around. However, it is next to a boulevard full of bars, all competing to play the loudest music. Only a few rooms have significantly reduced noise levels. - Room: The beds were very comfortable. There was no hot water, and some basic amenities were missing, such as toiletries and kitchen utensils. The internet connection was unstable. - Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were clean, but daily cleaning service was not provided. - Staff: The handyman was excellent—very efficient, friendly, and proactive.

All ways clean and ready to used ,no buddy
