The Space:

Exterior façade renovation work, including the balconies, is scheduled in sections until December 17, 2026.



This work may cause noise on weekdays, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.



The complex is divided into 11 sections, and the work schedule varies depending on the unit. Since the complex is quite large, the impact may vary from one condo to another depending on the distance between your unit and the work area. For example, units ending in 3 are several condos away from units ending in 11, which may reduce the level of noise perceived depending on the location.



Here is the planned schedule by unit:



-- Units ending in 1 and 2: August 12 to November 17, 2026

-- Units ending in 3 and 4: August 27 to November 24, 2026

-- Units ending in 5 and 6: September 11 to December 17, 2026

-- Units ending in 7 and 8: September 28 to December 17, 2026

Condo 303 — Yin Yang: Harmony and Natural Elegance



Accommodating up to 6 guests, Yin Yang invites you to experience a stay defined by balance and serenity. Its refined design, blending the contrast of black and white with warm wood tones, creates an atmosphere that is both soothing and sophisticated.



Two bedrooms feature elegant canopy beds, while the third, equipped with a Queen bed and a dedicated workspace, provides a perfect setting for meditation or quiet reflection. A storage area is also available for bicycles and ski equipment.



Enjoy the charming Baie-Saint-Paul beach, just 9 minutes away, and also explore the Massif de Charlevoix (skiing and snowboarding), a must-visit in the area.
