A unique seafront villa designed in the 1970s by the Greek painter Yannis Gaïtis, a major figure of modern art. A masterpiece of Cycladic architecture, the house opens onto endless sea views and features private access to a secluded cove.

Spanning 350 m², with five bedrooms and expansive cascading terraces, the villa offers absolute tranquility, complete privacy, and natural coolness throughout the summer. The interior is enhanced by original artworks and furniture designed by Gaïtis, creating a rare experience where art, nature, and elegance meet.

Accessible only on foot, just a few minutes from Mylopotas and Chora, this property is an exclusive retreat designed for disconnection and understated luxury.

Access to the villa is by foot only; luggage must be carried to the house, and waste should be left on the main road upon departure. This unique aspect is part of the experience and ensures exceptional seclusion and rare tranquility.
