This charming unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is just minutes from the shops, restaurants, and local charm of Gulf Place Town Center, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space that seamlessly flows into a fully equipped modern kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig, blender, full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, and a breakfast bar with 2 stools make cooking and dining convenient. An additional console table in the living area with 2 stools provides extra seating for meals or work. The unit also includes a washer and dryer for added comfort and convenience.
The spacious balcony features 2 rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in a peaceful view of the community. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

We loved the condo. The location is great and convenient to where we wanted to go. The outside area was private. It was very clean. We liked how the landscape shielded the patio. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning sufficiently cooled the house. Kitchen was fully stocked, but there was no frying pan(perhaps taken by another guest or damaged and discarded?)We improvised with other pans to cook our eggs, but of course, would have preferred to have an actual frying pan. I guess I didn’t read the fine print and didn’t realize the coffee maker is a Keurig. I had brought a bag of coffee, but not pods. We arrived in the evening and didn’t go grocery shopping until the next day, so I wasn’t able to have coffee in the morning. Other places so have stayed have a “starter pack” of a few pods and packets of cream and sugar. I would have appreciated having that to use that first morning. This didn’t matter to us because we didn’t use the table and chairs on the patio, but other guests might want to-the stools are rusty and the paint is peeking off. There were pieces of the paint on the stools in the shrubbery. This didn’t bother us, or detract from the property, but other guests may be bothered by it, so recommend painting the stools. Other than these few minor issues, we loved the condo and enjoyed our stay!
