With three cozy bedrooms, including one king bed and two full beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The two bathrooms come equipped with towels and a hair dryer, making mornings easy and convenient. Relax on the screened in back porch and watch the sun set over the canal. Stay cool indoors with air conditioning, or enjoy the warmth of heating on cooler nights. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this home provides a cool, inviting atmosphere to make your stay memorable. Experience the magic of Port Charlotte at our beautiful house.
This is truly a boaters dream with a boat ramp just around the corner and the property situated directly on a canal leading to the Charlotte Harbor. We have boat slips available very close to the boat ramp for guests that would like to keep their boat in the water during your stay. (Let us know if you would like to take advantage of this offer so we can reserve your slip)
Whether you are coming to work or play, we are centrally located to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and local attractions like Englewood beach. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Host very friendly and responsive. The master bedroom A/C wasn’t as cool as the rest of the home. Everything thing else was perfect.

The hosts were terrific. Watching the fish jump and boats go by in the canal were enjoyable. Plenty of restaurants nearby with only two walking distance. About 20 minutes to Boca Grande or Manasora Key beaches, both phenomenal places to enjoy beach life.

Hosts were very accommodating to questions, requests or issues that we had. Appreciated the excellent internet connection and video/audio system that was present. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
