This is a wonderful house. We had 7 adults and 5 grandkids and were all very comfortable in such a large house. The view is stunning, the walk to the beach is very short and the trail that the grands could ride bikes on a bonus. We did have some questions when we arrived that were responded to promptly and courtesly. The only disappointment was that there was no garage access. You will note the photos of the property crop out the three car garage, we wee informed in the check in message it was not available for guest use. We were not concerned about vehicle parking but we had over 13K in bicycles that we didn’t want to leave out in the salt air. We managed the put a few in the laundry room. Overall the house was clean, well stocked except for a shortage of dishwasher soap, comfortable and made for an enjoyable stay for our family. We hope to return sometime and do it again.

The house was great for all my family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was nice. I love that it was close to the water that we could walk there easily. I would recommend this house to anyone that has 8 or 9 guest very comfortable. Thank you for having it available it was much better than a hotel.

We had an amazing time at Sandborn! This year we spent our Spring Break with friends. I’ve stayed at Sandborn before, and it never disappoints. The rooms are big enough for at least 3-4 families. Our kids decided to take over the living room downstairs and made it their own getaway. This place is perfect for the best views, walking distance to the beach, hot tubbing at night, and very dog friendly. The host was great in answering my questions quickly, which I truly appreciated. I’m definitely coming back.

Location Great, but overall experience was poor due to filthy pet stained carpets. Had to remove shoes. "Pet Friendly' was vast understatement,The house has some neglect as exhibited by the pet stains and torn screen doors yet we were expected to "Take off our shoes inside the to 'enjoy the feel of the carpet on our feet.' The carpets thru out the house wereall urine stained as well as a number of pet an/or human 'Acccidents'. Way overpriced . The hot Tub was also dated the controls and jets below par and the filtration was poor. Stayed in many properties along the California coast and this one was among the worst as far a not being what was expected at the price point. Dissapointing that the owner has let the place decline over the years. better oceanfront properties than this on the N. California coast.
