We were on a girl's trip, so we enjoyed the large house. The whole house is beautifully decorated in beach decor and has lots of room. The neighborhood is nice and quiet; we were able to go for walks and enjoy looking at the ocean.The location is great not too far from anything.The host was great with communication when we needed something.The only thing we wish we knew in advance was the no shoes in the house, we would have brought our slippers.In all it was great and we would stay there again

Great location and neighborhood. The place was so clean upon arrival and definitely has a beach feel to it with all the cute decor. Big plus is there is easy access to the beach that is only about a 5 minute walk feom the house!

Not like picture outside at all,everything is "brown", yard maintenance is not a thing at this property. Inside very outdated and bathroom grout show signs of molding, bathroom floor is "squishy" . Directions to "short walk beach" unable to find, not well marked. Home is roomy and well stocked. Was a pleaseant stay, location to Noho Harbor was our key for this stay.

House itself is very clean! Very outdated. Looks like its fresh out of the 70's/80's. It says its walking distance from the beach which is true but it makes it sound like there is beach access from the property which there isnt. You would have to walk on the 2 lane road which isnt safe. There is no cell phone service even on their wifi. Theres only 1 tv in the house and it is hard to use. Even when we tried to log into our netflix, everything needs a passcode and i wasn't given one. Plus side is everything was clean, the beds were comfortable. The stove takes forever to cook on the oven took a long time just to pre heat. The listing says 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is one bathroom in the master bedroom, one in the hallway and a half bath in the cold garage. Almost all the cabinets have bicycle locks on it. It didnt feel very homey at all. Felt cold and uninviting.
