Clean, comfortable and peaceful stop for the night close to the Loch. Friendly communications with staff and an informal easy approach to accessing the property.

Exactly as advertised. Really comfortable and conveniently positioned for Loch Lommond on our way to the Highlands. Highly recommend

Auchendennan is a great base for the area and the cottages offer a very pleasant environment. We enjoyed our stay but would suggest the following areas which could be improved.
The equipment in the cottage was not great considering the premium price. Our bin was broken and had to have a weight put on top to hold it shut. There are insufficient power sockets especially close to the bed. The layout of the room was suboptimal in that you could either have the table out or the sofa in a position to watch the (maybe oversized?) TV, but not both at the same time. The garden is not that well maintained or planted and there is no privacy from the neighbouring cottages - easily fixed with some imagination and planting.
I should also mention that fellow guests were frustrated by an EV charger that wasn't working and staff that did not seem to understand how it worked, despite this being promoted as a feature to attract guests with EVs.
