A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto

Summary:

Yarriabinni Escape 2 by Tiny Away puts you right where rivers meet waves, and good coffee isn’t far. Just 8 minutes off the highway, this hideout near Stuarts Point lands you close to paddle-ready waters, surf breaks at Grassy and Scotts Head, and local eats you can walk or ride to.

The Space:

Yarriabinni Escape 2 by Tiny Away is set on a spacious, flat block framed by a paperbark forest. Located just 30 minutes from South West Rocks and minutes from Stuarts Point, it puts you close to river paddling, surf beaches, and local spots like the café, tavern, and club: all within walking or cycling distance.

There's room for kids to run and a BBQ pit ready for laid-back dinners. Spend the day hiking Yarrahapinni National Park, spotting whales from Captain Cook Lookout, or checking out Trial Bay Gaol and Smoky Cape Lighthouse. It's a private launchpad with surf breaks, bush tracks, creeks, and fresh seafood all by your doorstep.

The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom with a gas-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two tiny houses on the property, approximately 15 metres apart—each offering a unique outlook. The cabins are named "Yarriabinni Escape 1" and "Yarriabinni Escape 2" Group bookings are welcome—please contact your land host at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the tiny house and the outdoor area immediately surrounding it.

The Neighborhood:

Yarriabinni Escape 2 by Tiny Away is by Stuarts Point, a small coastal village known for its river access, local fishing spots, and quiet beaches. Stuarts Point sits where slow-moving water meets surf, an old Macleay River arm turned calm lagoon beside a nine‑kilometre coastal stretch. The river walk traces 2.5 km through paper‑barks, mangroves, and banksias, past fishing holes and swimming spots.

Just 30 minutes from South West Rocks, the area offers direct access to Yarrahapinni National Park with rainforest walking tracks and lookout points. Arakoon National Park and Trial Bay Gaol are nearby for coastal hikes and historic sites. Smoky Cape Lighthouse and Captain Cook Lookout give clear ocean views and seasonal whale sightings.

The Macksville Show in April and the Yarrahapinni Festival in August bring in local crowds, while the tavern hosts regular live music. For a bigger music scene, Bellingen is 45 minutes away with frequent gigs and markets.
