Old Salty - A Seaside Classic with Soul

Great Value, great location - fully renovated kitchen with a modern look.

With its gently weathered façade and whisper of summers past, Old Salty stands as a quiet tribute to the simple joys of coastal living. This is not a place of polished perfection, but of barefoot mornings, sea breezes, and the kind of peace that only a beach house can offer.

Step through the front door and you're instantly transported to a gentler time. The air invites you to slow down, kick off your shoes, and let the rhythm of the ocean set the pace. Inside, you'll find a modest two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat-neat, clean, and thoughtfully uncluttered. There's a front porch for morning coffees, a screened rear veranda for lazy afternoons, and a kitchen that looks out over a generous, private backyard-perfect for preparing simple meals.

The internal laundry adds convenience, and the large, lockable drive-through garage offers ample space for both car and boat, making it ideal for those who like to explore the water as well as the land.

Location is everything, and Old Salty delivers. From your doorstep, stroll to the beach, wander into town for a spot of shopping, or settle into one of Yamba's charming cafés to watch the world go by. Golfers will appreciate the proximity to Yamba Golf Course, just a casual walk away.

This is budget accommodation with no frills - no WiFi, no pets, and no pretence.
