This spacious one-level getaway features a cozy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a den, and three bedrooms—including two primary suites. One of the suites functions as a private lock-out with its own entrance, microwave, mini-fridge, and sitting area. Unwind on the private screened porch and enjoy amenities like central air, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, four TVs, and a gas fireplace (not available in summer).

Resort Fee: Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests 5+ for the use of the community's amenities. 2026 summer rates are $70 per person (ages 5+) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person (5+) for a 7-day pass. Amenities include:
