Extremely convenient to Gar du Nord. Good value, and fine for sleeping.

All repairs done inside were done by amateurs and done cheaply (Stair handrail kept falling off the wall; “wood” steps were just contact paper, etc.

Property was ok, and located next to train station.

The add doesn’t say anything about the apartment is shared. The third room in the apartment that’s located when you come in is rented also, so you are sharing an open room with a stranger. This was unsay for me because I have three children.
