Location and also the property was clean
The noise from outside (lots of happy people)

Plenty of space. Well set out. Everything was great except for the MOULD in the bathroom.
MOULD in the bathroom. Told owner, but has no idea on how to deal with it. Buy some exit mould!!

Nádraží i centrum města byly blízko.

The apartment was clean and attractive inside. Beds were comfortable. Use of oven and fridge helpful. It was close to the train station.
The immediate surroundings were poor. The building and piazza, whilst once grand are now in a state of general dilapidation with graffiti on nearby walls and shutters down on vacant property. We arrived to find drunk brawling vagrants and ambulance and police presence to deal with these. The bar/shop immediately below the bedroom was incredibly loud with music and load voices well into the night.
