I really like the location and friendly staff

No bottle water

Room was clean and cleaned every day of a three day stay. Bed and pillow very comfy. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was fine. All walkable to where we wanted to go. Metro station at the bottom of hill.

The hill gets the heart rate up a bit but not really an issue.

The room was clean and that was the main positive aspect of my stay.

The property was difficult to find and not convenient for Uber or Uber Eats pickups because of the different street levels and stairs. There was also construction right next to the hotel, which made the room very noisy. There was no small refrigerator in the room, and to get water you had to go up to the third floor. You also couldn’t take the cup with you, so you had to drink the water there and then return to your room. When I came back around midnight or 1 a.m., the person at the front desk was sleeping, which did not feel very professional. When I asked for the WiFi he said it wasn’t working.
