I was lucky to get a booking as the low season the hotel had big group bookings and they were renovating half the place. The lovely Cambodian family especially Sreyma was so helpful each day. My partner and I ended up staying a month. They had activities planned every second day. We got to go along with both the wilderness society group and the diving group and became good friends with them. The food prepared fresh daily and the overall service explains why they have such a huge rating. We also went a number of times to local villages that the group supports and we did about 3 awesome tours with them which made Kampot and Cambodia extra special. For my partner this was the second time back and I see why. It's like a home away from home and definitely a longer stay venue in the low season 🙂

Sometimes the night security couldn't speak English but that wasn't so bad as we used a translation on our phone

The property is clean and well maintained The manager and volunteers are extremely kind they will take you on trips to the river and surrounding areas free of charge! Also you are welcome to go with them on there charitable work to teach English to underprivileged children, and deliver food to poor communities! There are also adorable cats and dogs there

L’établissement n’est pas un simple hostel il est bien plus que ça il est un vrai centre d’accueil pour les voyageurs. De plus l’établissement s’inscrit dans une démarche d’aide pour les enfants des écoles de la ville.

The Vibe Guesthouse has an amazing relaxed atmosphere and really lives up to its name. Perfect place to meet other travelers while still feeling peaceful and authentic. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the whole place has a cozy tropical vibe. Great location close enough to everything in Kampot but still quiet at night. The food and drinks were also surprisingly good and affordable. Loved chilling in the common area after exploring Kampot and Bokor.

Honestly not much to complain about. Only thing its not in the center
